Cut components to size, fix skirting as base, install panels and moulding, then prime and paint. More involved but creates authentic period character.

Modern Panel Process
Measure, cut panels to size, fix with adhesive or clips. No painting required - panels come ready-finished in chosen design.
4-6 hours for average room
