Manufactured using premium moisture resistant MDF
Our Bullnose MDF Shelf Boards are manufactured using high-quality moisture resistant MDF, the same material we use across our extensive range of MDF products.
With years of experience manufacturing MDF skirting boards, architraves and other interior mouldings, we understand the importance of using quality materials to achieve a consistent, durable finish.
The smooth surface of MDF makes it particularly well suited to painting, while the fully rounded front edge creates a neat, professional appearance.
Choose from a range of finishes
Our Bullnose MDF Shelf Boards are available in several finishes, allowing you to choose the level of preparation required.
Unprimed is our most affordable option and is supplied as raw MDF with no finish applied, ready for you to prepare and decorate.
Primed includes a coat of white primer applied to the front edge and both faces of the shelf, followed by sanding. This provides a suitable base for further painting.
Undercoated includes the priming and sanding process, followed by a coat of undercoat for a smoother finish that may only require a final coat of paint.
Matt Grey is our fully finished option, with a decorative coat of matt grey paint applied to the front edge and both faces. A touch-up pot is also included.
Each shelf is manufactured to order, ensuring you receive a product made to your chosen specifications.

No. Our MDF Shelf Boards are supplied without brackets, fixings or other mounting hardware.
You'll need to purchase suitable supports separately, ensuring they're appropriate for the shelf dimensions, intended load and type of wall you're fixing into.
