Orders ship from our Birmingham facility by pallet delivery to any UK mainland address. Standard delivery is free on qualifying orders, and Super Fast delivery is available when a project timeline is tight.

Because thresholds and turnaround times change, the delivery page always carries the current figures. Custom profiles need manufacturing setup, so they are quoted with their own lead time.

Moisture-resistant HDF with a lifetime guarantee

Every board we manufacture uses moisture-resistant HDF rather than standard MDF. Density sits around 900kg/m³ against 700 to 750kg/m³ for standard MDF, and that extra density produces smoother machined surfaces, holds profile detail more crisply, and creates less dust and fuzzing at cut edges.

The moisture resistance matters during storage and installation. HDF tolerates higher humidity without surface degradation or dimensional change. It is not waterproofing, but it handles typical site conditions considerably better than standard material.

Custom profile manufacturing

Beyond the stock range we manufacture custom designs to match existing skirting or create an entirely new profile. That matters on renovation work where you are matching original features, and on new builds where a specific architectural detail is specified.

Send us profile drawings or a sample of your existing skirting. We assess feasibility and quote setup costs alongside unit pricing, with the manufacturing lead time confirmed on the quote. Custom profiles carry a minimum order quantity to cover setup.
