Preparing for Delivery
Package Size & Weight
Packages can be up to 4.2 metres long and weigh up to 25kg each. Parcels up to 25kg are manageable by one person, but we recommend two people for larger orders.
Vehicle Access
Our long wheelbase vans need adequate access. Please tell us about narrow lanes, low bridges, weight restrictions, or delivery time restrictions on your road.
Safe Place
If you won't be home, let us know a safe place to leave your order. It should be secure, dry, and off the street. Once goods are left, we cannot be responsible for loss, damage, or theft.
Kerbside Delivery
All deliveries are kerbside. Drivers cannot bring goods inside your property or navigate stairs or difficult access situations.
On the Day of Delivery

We can communicate directly with our drivers throughout the day. If you need to pass on a message or update delivery instructions, just give us a call.
If something comes up - need to delay your order, avoid a certain day, or have access concerns - let us know and we'll do our best to help.
Checking Your Delivery
- Check parcels while the driver is present if possible
- Look for any signs of damage before they leave
- Confirm you've received everything you ordered
- Report any issues to us within 24 hours
Important: Please don't schedule tradespeople until your goods have physically arrived. While delays are rare, we cannot be held responsible for any costs or impacts if delivery is delayed.

Delivery FAQ
Can I choose a specific delivery date or time?
We allocate delivery dates based on our van routes, so we can't guarantee specific dates or times. However, we can accommodate requests to delay your order or avoid certain days - just let us know.
Can the driver bring items into my house?
No, all deliveries are kerbside only. Our drivers will deliver to the front of your property but cannot bring items inside or navigate stairs.
Does ordering on the weekend count as a working day?
No. Weekends and bank holidays are not included in our working day calculations. An order placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing on Monday.
Do you deliver to Scotland and the Highlands?
We deliver to most of Scotland. Some Highland, Island, and remote areas may have a delivery surcharge or use our courier partner. Use the postcode checker above or contact us for details.
What if I'm not home?
You can specify a safe place for us to leave your order. Let us know during checkout or contact us before delivery. If no safe place is specified and you're not home, we may not be able to leave the goods.
How do I track my delivery?
You'll receive an email when your delivery date is allocated, which includes a tracking link. You'll then get an email and SMS when your order is dispatched (with a 2-hour delivery window), and a "2 stops away" SMS alert on the day.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Check your parcels while the driver is present if possible. If you find damage, report it to us within 24 hours with photos. We cannot accept responsibility for damage reported after this timeframe.
