Between 7am and 6pm. Call us if you need a morning slot and we'll try to accommodate where possible.
Coverage Areas
We deliver to 95% of the UK. For Channel Islands, Highlands, and Islands, contact us for a quote.
If you can't select free delivery at checkout, standard delivery pricing will be available as we use a courier for these areas.
Delivery Type
All deliveries are kerbside - we cannot bring orders into your home or workplace.

Damage Reports
Check all items on delivery and unwrap parcels immediately. Report any damage within 24 hours - we cannot accept responsibility after this timeframe.

Timeframes exclude the day you order. Orders placed Wednesday are processed from Thursday onwards.
