Our Birmingham workshop manufactures custom skirting boards and interior mouldings to match existing profiles or create something entirely new.
We work from your measurements, sketches, or samples to produce bespoke skirting, architraves, and other interior trim made from moisture-resistant MDF or selected timber. With no minimum order and nationwide delivery, we support projects of any size.
How It Works

Specifications
For an accurate quote, we'll need:
Tool Creation
Custom profiles require a specific moulding tool. This involves a one-time fee (typically £130-£190). The tool remains yours for future orders or collection if desired.
Quotation
You'll receive a detailed quote based on your specifications. Bespoke profiles cost similarly to standard profiles of equivalent dimensions, plus any applicable tooling fee.
Volume discounts are automatically applied: 5% on orders over £500 (ex. VAT), 10% over £1,000, and 20% over £1,500. NHS staff receive an additional 10% discount on all orders.
Production & Delivery
After approval, we begin manufacturing. Bespoke orders typically take around two weeks to produce, followed by delivery via our standard UK service.
