Berkeley Shaker MDF Half Wall Panelling Kit

Create a refined feature wall with the Berkeley Shaker MDF Half Wall Panelling Kit. Combining classic Shaker-inspired detailing with a cleaner, more contemporary layout, this design is ideal for interiors that balance traditional character with modern styling.

The Berkeley design offers a more streamlined alternative to our Warwick Shaker MDF Half Wall Panelling Kit, using a structured arrangement of horizontal and vertical mouldings to add depth and interest to the lower section of a wall.

It is an effective way to introduce texture and architectural detail into hallways, living rooms, dining spaces, bedrooms and other areas without needing to add extra furniture or decorative accessories.

The design is created using precision-cut MDF wall panelling strips, available in the following finishes:

• Unprimed – Supplied as raw MDF with no primer or paint applied.
• Primed – Finished with one coat of primer, which is sanded ready for further preparation and painting.
• Undercoated – A sanded primer coat is followed by a sanded undercoat, leaving only your chosen top coat to apply.
• Matt Grey – Prepared to our undercoated standard before receiving a matt grey top coat, making the strips ready to fit without further painting.
• Satin Black – Prepared to our undercoated standard before receiving a satin black top coat, making the strips ready to fit without further painting.

All of the mouldings are supplied cut to the required sizes, helping to make installation straightforward. Simply position the pieces according to your chosen layout and secure them to the wall using a suitable grab adhesive, nails or screws.

The kit is manufactured from high-quality MDF to provide a smooth, consistent finish and a durable wall panelling feature that will continue to look impressive for years to come.

• 2 x Square MDF Panelling Strips – 50mm x 9mm x 3050mm
• 12 x Square MDF Panelling Strips – 50mm x 9mm x 1220mm
• 24 x Square MDF Panelling Strips – 50mm x 9mm x 200mm
• 1 x Square MDF Panelling End Strip – 50mm x 9mm x 1220mm

One Berkeley Panelling Kit will cover an approximate area of 3.6 square metres, based on a wall measuring around 1.2m high by 3m wide and an installation layout similar to the product guide image.

Please note: Only one end strip is supplied per order to neatly complete the panelled section. This remains the case whether you purchase one kit or multiple kits in the same order.
