    Constructed from the highest density, moisture-resistant MDF available on the market, perfect for high condensation windows. Create your custom window sill with depths from 150mm - 400mm, thicknesses from 18mm - 25mm, and lengths from 600mm - 4200mm, covering all interior window applications for British properties.

    Made From High-Density MDF

    Our window boards are made from moisture resistant HDF, a high-density composite constructed from softwood fibres and resin, compacted at extremely high pressures and heat. This creates an impeccably smooth surface and dense core, that can resist moisture and humidity, making them ideal for all interior projects. The manufacturing process also makes our MDF window sills highly machinable, easy to cut and mitre to your desired sizes. Many of our customers choose to DIY their window sills for this reason.

    Also choose from factory finishes of primed, unprimed, undercoated and matt grey. Every window board is made to order in our Birmingham factory, with free delivery nationwide on all orders over £30.
